The new wearables have improved sleep scoring technology. This gives users an overall better picture of their sleep and what contributes to their recovery. The devices sample data about every 0.038 seconds—about 26 times per second—so the devices can effectively track a range of health metrics. WHOOP’s new gen has made some strides in battery life, pushing it to a huge 14 days. Plus, there’s a wireless charger on offer, which can extend use to almost a month!
