The moment we’ve all been waiting for—the long-awaited second season of “The Golden Bachelor”—is finally here! It features a colorful crew of 23 extraordinary women, all hoping to meet their new soulmate. Among them are Peg, a retired firefighter from Las Vegas, and Diane, a librarian from Alaskan Wasilla, each bringing their unique life experiences to this romantic journey.
At 62 years young, Peg has sacrificed much of her life in service to her community and country as a firefighter and bomb technician. Her courage and grit paved the way for her journey toward love. At 71, Diane is full of wisdom gathered from a life spent as a librarian. It is her passion for storytelling that makes her a romantic candidate for such great romance.
Additional to the main cast is longevity nurse Roxanne of Austin, Texas. At 62, she’s the picture of health and wellness, hoping to encourage others through her journey, while discovering possible deeper correlations. Tracy, 39, an interior designer from Lafayette, Louisiana, brings the creativity and style factor in spades.
Maia, a 58-year-old college sports consultant from Malibu, California, brings an unconventional approach to love and dating. Gerri, 64, Home care agency CEO from Rockville, Md. Her time leading the nation’s capital provides her with a unique leadership perspective that she’ll take to the dating scene.
Representing the magnificent Mile High City of Las Vegas this time around is Mylene, a 61-year-old casino VIP host whose exquisite charm and hospitality could very well make waves. Amy, a full-time mom from Short Hills, New Jersey, is ready to take on this adventure at the age of 63. Debbie, 65, a fitness instructor from Denver, Colorado, wants to make health contagious, just like love.
Susie, a 62 year-old Del Mar, CA realtor. Nicolle, a 64-year-old former yoga instructor who resides in Miami Beach, and while Robin — a 63-year-old financial advisor and owner of a vineyard — lives in Napa Valley. At 62 and a former model from Los Angeles, Carla brings high-fashion energy to the cast.
Meet Lily, 72 and a retired elementary school teacher from Pacific Palisades, California, who is going to be debuted this season. Mel Owens, the show’s bachelor and a 66-year-old retired NFL player and attorney from Orange County, brings his own life experiences into the mix.
The cast includes several women whose ages are not listed: Monica P., Andra, Alexandra, Lisa, and Carol. Each participant has the opportunity to share their unique narrative and individual character with the world.
