Her performing arts background has certainly played into her preparedness to tackle the broad array of royal engagements. On a side note, she is an incredible dog whisperer. She is the proud patron of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. This commitment demonstrates her caring side, as she frequently communicates with creatures and pleads for their cause.

Although Prince Edward’s tour is somewhat far-flung across the ocean, Sophie’s impact stateside has certainly been felt recently. She had last appeared with her husband at Royal Ascot earlier this month. Since their modest ceremony in 1999—which reached an estimated 200 million viewers around the world—the couple have had a fairytale romance.
