Princess Iman’s Joyful Family Photos Delight Jordan

Princess Iman and her husband, Jameel, joyfully welcomed their first child, Princess Amina, last May. Queen Rania herself delivered the emotional announcement earlier this year. As recently as February, the royal family celebrated the arrival of Princess Amina. She made history by becoming the first grandchild of Queen Rania and King Abdullah. The milestone was marked with warm messages of congratulations and love on Instagram and Facebook.

Queen Rania took to social media to express her joy, stating:

"Iman, you've already got a hold of my heart. Our family has never been happier."

Along with the birth announcement, she shared a series of sweet family photos, introducing the royal family’s new addition to the world. In these now iconic photographs, Princess Amina crawled and laughed on the floor with Queen Rania. Her dad, Jameel, couldn’t have been more proud watching them. The wider spread of pictures really brought out the family’s warmth and togetherness. You can’t help but experience their delight as they step into this new season of life.

That created opportunities for sweetness, which one picture took advantage of capturing that very thing. Princess Iman held her daughter high above her head, the two clearly enjoying each other’s happy presence. Jameel posted this cute photo of Princess Amina enjoying herself with Queen Rania. This moment really brings out their small, tight family vibe.

To top it all off, the family’s celebration fell on Mother’s Day in Jordan, which is March 21. Crown Prince Hussein shared his heartfelt congratulations with his mother and sister-in-law. So he focused on the happiness and unconditional love they add to their lives.

"To my beloved mother and my loving wife, your presence fills our lives with joy, and your love is the true meaning of giving. Happy Mother's Day."

Interestingly, Princess Amina was in fact not only named after Prince Hussein’s sister, but inclusion of this special familial connection made her name all the more meaningful. Everyone in the royal family rejoices at the birth of Princess Amina. Their joy is evident as they welcome their expanding family with grateful hearts.
