Dutch monarchs King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima traveled to the event in May, sharing how proud they are of their daughter’s accomplishments.
Wearing a fancy fuchsia pink satin dress, Princess Ariane had her photo taken with her parents outside the school after the baptism ceremony. This moment wasn’t just about marking her academic success. It painted an endearing portrait of the royal family’s tight-knit camaraderie. Princess Ariane marked the completion of her secondary education by participating in a Dutch favorite tradition. The Dutch royal palace has not yet announced Princess Ariane future plans. Though, as speculation would have it, she could follow in the footsteps of her sister, Princess Alexia, and spend a year abroad before resuming her studies in the Netherlands. This fall, Princess Catharina-Amalia will begin pursuing her undergraduate degree in Dutch law. In the meantime, Princess Alexia is getting right to work on her studies in civil engineering.
In recent weeks, Princess Ariane was seen conducting royal duties in family with her parents. She accompanied Queen Maxima to watch The Netherlands compete against Wales in the women’s Euros 2025 tournament, demonstrating her growing involvement in public life.
