Bukayo Saka scored a late goal in the 85th minute, but it was not enough for Arsenal to take anything away from the match. Even the late goal would not be enough to salvage a result. With PSG standing strong they confirmed their progress to the final. The win provides a much-needed tonic with PSG’s awful form. They were cruelly denied at this same stage last year by Borussia Dortmund, and in 2020, Bayern Munich knocked them out in the final.
