Malibu Wellness Center Lawsuit: Aaron Phypers Faces Fraud Accusations

A lawsuit was filed on November 13 against Aaron Phypers, accusing him of fraud and breach of contract. Rupert Perry brought the lawsuit on behalf of his late wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, who paid $126,000 for stem cell treatments at Phypers' Malibu wellness center, Quantum 360 Club. The treatments, which Phypers purportedly guaranteed with a 98-percent success rate, failed to work, and Katsioula-Beall passed away in May 2024.

The complaint details that Phypers promised to reimburse Katsioula-Beall half of the treatment cost, amounting to $63,000. Despite Katsioula-Beall's three requests for reimbursement before her death, Phypers allegedly refused to honor this commitment. Perry seeks general, specific, and punitive damages, along with legal fees.

Katsioula-Beall was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer in 2019. After traditional medicine proved ineffective, she turned to alternative treatments. Phypers proposed the stem cell treatment in June 2023, which ultimately did not yield the promised results. The lawsuit claims that Phypers acknowledged the unpaid sum in a phone call in June but still did not fulfill his reimbursement promise.

Phypers, who also appears on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" under the name Aaron Cameron, has not responded to requests for comment. The lawsuit accuses him of ignoring Katsioula-Beall's reimbursement requests and failing to deliver on his guarantees.

"I break down stuff so you can all heal you — I don’t heal anybody, by the way. I remove blocks, discord, information," he stated previously.

Phypers' business practices are now under scrutiny as Perry seeks justice for his late wife. The lawsuit highlights the risks associated with alternative medical treatments and raises questions about accountability in the wellness industry.
