Prince Harry's renowned Invictus Games, founded in 2014, will make their return to the United Kingdom in 2027. The announcement marks the event's homecoming to Birmingham, where it aims to continue its mission of supporting wounded veterans and service members. The inaugural event took place in London, setting the stage for a unique international sports competition driven by rehabilitation and camaraderie.
The recent edition of the Invictus Games saw Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, attending together in Canada. Meghan's presence underscored her steadfast support for her husband, as she joined him at various events. Notably, she took to Instagram Stories to share a picture of gifts she had prepared for their children, Archie and Lilibet. These included Canadian treats such as chocolate bear paws, nougat, Timbits, and personalized green Invictus Games jerseys.

Despite her early departure, Prince Harry continued his participation in the Games, remaining until the closing ceremony on Sunday, October 16. During this time, he presented medals at the Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding Novice and Biathlon finals, showcasing his commitment to the veterans and service members who compete.
The couple also enjoyed some leisure time in Canada, sharing double-date nights with singer Michael Bublé and his wife at Indian and Italian restaurants. Meghan even tried her hand at tubing in Whistler, expressing her nerves before the ride.
