Legal authorities are blowing the whistle on the state of child star turned tragic Vyfry Nyweide’s sudden death. She was ultimately pronounced dead in the early morning hours of April 14. Rescue crews responded to a call about an unresponsive female along a riverbank in Vermont shortly before 5 a.m. But when they showed up to his apartment, they had already decided that Nyweide was the person they were looking for.
Nyweide has extensive credits as an actor, producer, writer, director and educator. She received a whole new level of acclaim for her breakout role in the 2014 film “Noah.” She fun fact, appeared as a guest artist in an episode of the longrunning series “Law & Order.” In addition to this, she appeared on the ABC reality show “What Would You Do?” Her lasting contributions to the entertainment industry were many, with several landmark film and television credits that helped put her talent on display.
It’s what happened after her death that has alarmed officials and investigators enough to investigate her death as a “possible unintentional overdose.” A person who was with Nyweide at the time of her overdose made the call to 911, seeking assistance. They have now entered into a real partnership with law enforcement to proactively give information.
Police have called the investigation “fluid,” meaning new information could emerge as they work to track down the perpetrators. They’re still awaiting the results of an autopsy and toxicology screening. The Vermont Office of Chief Medical Examiner will shed important light on the non-natural cause of death.
Representing the new film community Nyweide’s dramatic victory forced big-ticket players to pay attention, as she walked the red carpet at major industry events. In particular, she is pictured here at a press conference for ‘Mammoth,’ during the 59.
