In our last health alert update, we reported that Roquefort cheese from producer Maison Gabriel Coulet was recalled for risk of Listeria contamination. Consumers are advised to immediately look at their refrigerators and get rid of any exposed items to reduce potential health concerns. As this recent recall demonstrates, food safety authorities continue to remain vigilant in monitoring food safety practices, doing all they can to protect public health.

New studies from our lab in Canada have found that the ‘skinny fat’ body type is more closely tied to arterial damage than most realize.
