She’s the first individual ever to win the prestigious Quality Assurance Excellence award. This recognition honors her important work to solidify the quality of indicators as a key factor across every summit project. Her expertise proved invaluable in making sure those outcomes were as ambitious as possible, creating a gold standard blueprint for future endeavors.
In the Communication Excellence category, Sofia Kalinina was recognized for her vital role in ensuring findings are reproducible. Kalinina, for her part, was proactive in cutting out unnecessary intermediaries. In doing so, she provided a clear pathway through the complicated data for every stakeholder involved.
One of the long-time pillars of this community, Priyam Das, received the Outstanding Data Analysis Award. Das played a vital role in transforming raw legal data into actionable insights, thereby facilitating informed decision-making within legal frameworks. Through his work he showcased that work to translate data into real world applications that can actually move the needle are essential.
Recognizing Mentorship and Leadership
Not just the work being produced, but an award for outstanding mentorship in the data analytics community. Alexey Kononov earned the Mentorship Excellence Award for his commitment to mentoring future generation of professionals. His leadership has created a culture where future practitioners can flourish and hone their crafts.
Aikerim Belispayeva’s leadership in the implementation of predictive analytics across city agencies resulted in her receiving the Predictive Analytics Leadership Award. Her innovative approach and strategic vision have moved her organization laser-focused on predictive capabilities at a breakneck pace.
Ivan Drokin with DOT received the Data Science Mentorship Award. This award highlights his passion for mentoring the next generation of data scientists. Collectively, these four people underscore the power of mentorship and guidance in nurturing the next generation of talent that is equipped to face increasingly complicated analytical tasks.

Oksana Malysheva debuted the innovative research that matured the frontiers of the conventional analytical approach and was honored by the Analytics Innovation Award for her progress. Oleg Ekhlakov earned the Insightful Feedback Award for playing a key role in delivering constructive criticism that improved end products. Here his talent for providing useful feedback on analytical procedures quickly left a permanent impression on his colleagues.

Technical Achievements
The AITEX Summit brought that same passion for celebrating technical excellence to this year’s great success. Daniil Temnikov received his third award honoring him as one of the winners of Technical Architecture Excellence Award. As one previous attendee put it, Temnikov’s expertise flipped the game on its head. His focus is on coaching for scalable and maintainable systems underlying complex scheduling logic. His unique approach opened thousands of projects to greater operational excellence.
