The Government of Canada will soon announced a major initiative to advance made-in-Canada artificial intelligence (AI) solutions geared toward improving health care. The Honourable Evan Solomon, Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation, will lead the announcement on June 25, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. This in-person event will be held at the Vector Institute – Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus, home to data science and AI research in Toronto, Ontario.
The lunching networking event will take place in the Multipurpose room located on the second floor of the Vector Institute. Noteworthy attendees are anticipated, including industry leaders, health care professionals, and technology experts, all eager to learn about the government’s commitment to advancing AI applications in health care.
