Bobby Moynihan, a former cast member of "Saturday Night Live" (SNL), continues to harbor a grudge against actress Jane Lynch over a sketch that was cut from the show more than a decade ago. Moynihan, reflecting on his time at SNL, recounted the experience of having his sketch "Party for Berle" rejected during Lynch's hosting on October 6, 2010. The comedic piece, which revolved around a man celebrating his achievement of reaching a goal weight of 600 pounds, was slated to air after the popular "Weekend Update" segment—often considered the "fun spot" by Moynihan.

Despite submitting the sketch more than once, "Party for Berle" failed to make it past dress rehearsal. Moynihan expressed his lingering frustration, emphasizing how the entire incident left him feeling overwhelmed.
