Tate and his brother are charged with very serious crimes. In December 2022, Romanian authorities finally arrested Andrew Tate, holding him under police custody. He was eventually released after prosecutors dropped a travel ban on him, permitting his travel. Upon his release, Tate boarded a one-way flight to Florida. There, state authorities opened an additional criminal investigation into him.
