Apple Martin Dazzles in Gwyneth Paltrow’s Vintage Dress at ‘Marty Supreme’ Premiere

Apple Martin, the 21-year-old daughter of acclaimed actress Gwyneth Paltrow, made a striking appearance at the premiere of “Marty Supreme.” Here are the highlights from the lively event that helped preview this important story, which is scheduled to arrive in theaters on Christmas Day. Paltrow plays Kay Stone, a reclusive former film star and socialite, in the New York City-based film from director Josh Safdie. Her co-star, Timothée Chalamet, plays Marty Mauser, an adolescent in hot pursuit of table tennis superstardom.

The premiere featured more than the glittery choreography and show-stopping vocals of this year’s cast, we got an adorable family red carpet outing as well. Paltrow’s two kids, Apple and her 19-year-old big brother Moses Martin were in attendance along with their famous mother. She decided to pay tribute to her mother’s fashion legacy and end up wearing one of Paltrow’s vintage ‘90s dresses.

>Gwyneth Paltrow opted for a minimalist approach herself, donning a black Valentino Haute Couture gown that complemented her daughter’s ensemble. Both mom and daughter worked together to stylize their attire, with very little distraction in the form of accessories—simple jewelry and loose, natural hair.

Moses Martin, meanwhile, showed off his fashion sense with a red embroidered pallbearers jacket. He wore it over a baby blue shirt, and white pants. He finished off his outfit with a black and green striped tie, in addition to brown Dior shoes made by Jonathan Anderson.

Gwyneth has made no secret of her pride toward her daughter’s sartorial selections. “She pulls all kinds of stuff. She’s very into all my ’90s Calvin, of which there’s a lot and the ’90s Prada, of which there’s a lot,” she remarked in an interview. This nostalgic link to older fashion trends shows Apple’s appreciation for her mother’s style. More importantly, it showcases the unbreakable relationship they have based on their mutual appreciation for fashion.

The premiere, then, was a celebratory homecoming for the Paltrow-Martin family, and offered an intimate glimpse into their tight familial bond. Gwyneth further shared a glimpse into their playful interactions about clothing: “Sometimes we just play dress up and she’ll put on my Oscar dresses and stuff like that. We have fun down there.”

High hopes are clearly placed on “Marty Supreme.” Fans and fashionistas alike are enthralled by the Paltrow-Martin clan’s introduction at that flick’s opening. Their over-the-top matching looks are a display of their individual artistry. They express a profound family connection that goes well beyond the turf.
