Spice Girls singer Mel B married hairstylist Rory McPhee in a lavish ceremony held at the historic Crypt of St. Paul’s Cathedral in London on Saturday. As you’d expect, this star-studded event was a huge deal to Mel B. She said her “I dos” at a palace known for its royal ties, which once hosted the wedding of Princess Diana and Prince Charles.
Mel B, best known for being part of the most successful girlband of all time, the Spice Girls, stunned guests at the event. She looked radiant in her custom ivory gown by Josephine Scott. The gown was adorned in such ornate detailing that it really stole the show and exemplified her beauty on this unforgettable day. After the ceremony, she swapped into a second ensemble from designer Justin Alexander, which continued to illustrate her one-of-a-kind style.
The singer’s three daughters—Phoenix, 26, Angel Iris, 18, and Madison, 13—served as bridesmaids, adding a personal touch to the celebration. Their collective presence made clear what family meant on this brand new joyous occasion. They came behind their mom, lifting and pushing her in one of the biggest moments of her life.
The ceremony was held in the beautiful Crypt of St. Paul’s Cathedral, a privilege not often granted. Mel B received the distinct honor. In so doing, the historic site serves as an inspiring testament to the transformative power of architectural beauty. With its incredible royal heritage, it provides the most amazing setting for her big day.
