Zach Cregger Unveils New Horror Epic Weapons Starring Julia Garner and Josh Brolin

Zach Cregger, celebrated director of the 2022 horror hit Barbarian, has thrown his hat into the ring for next year’s big score with Weapons. This new horror-thriller has an absolutely terrific ensemble cast. It features incredible performances from Julia Garner, Josh Brolin, Austin Abrams, Cary Christopher, Benedict Wong, and Amy Madigan. Set in the fictional Pennsylvania town of Maybrook, the film centers around a mysterious event where 17 children awaken from their homes and venture into the night at precisely 2:17 a.m.

He assured fans that although the children’s disappearance is significant, “by the midpoint, we’ve moved on to way crazier s
