Virginia Giuffre, a prominent accuser of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, finds herself in critical condition after a car crash involving a school bus. Reports allege that doctors have told her she has “four days to live.” This explosive action follows on the heels of Giuffre’s public allegations. She alleges that Epstein groomed her and forced her to have sex with his friends, including Prince Andrew, when she was just 17 years old.
Giuffre is exceptionally important to the Epstein case. She alleges that the funder operated an international network of child sex trafficking that recruited, groomed and sexually abused minors throughout Florida, New York and the United States Virgin Islands. She didn’t just stop at speaking out—after making her allegations public, she followed up by suing Prince Andrew in 2021. This case ended up leading to an out-of-court settlement for an undisclosed amount.
Giuffre continues to experience a dire medical emergency. As for the state of crisis, her spokesperson Dini von Mueffling acknowledged that was the reality.

As Giuffre continues to fight for her life, she said she wants to be able to see her kids again—considering that as her last wish. In a heartfelt statement, she remarked:

Former Prince Andrew hopes to help Giuffre fulfill her victim’s rights advocacy charitable goals. He has a history of dealings with her that informs his commitment level. His spokesperson stated that he plans to pledge at least $3 million to Giuffre’s charity. They further argued that at no point did he ever intend to defame her character. Her victim impact statement acknowledged the profoundly painful impact that deep abuse Giuffre has endured. It further served to show the effect that public criticism has had on her.
“Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights. Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks.” – Prince Andrew
