Meanwhile, Walmart+ members have the advantage of early access starting January 26, 2025.
This initiative comes as part of Burger King's launch of McValue, an everyday value platform designed to provide affordable meal options to customers. Simultaneously, McDonald's has confirmed that its popular $5 Meal Deal will continue into the first half of 2025, as part of the McValue rollout. However, this particular deal is only available through the spring season, emphasizing the competitive nature of fast-food promotions.
Burger King is further enhancing its offerings with the nationwide $1 Cheeseburger Week from January 27 to February 2. During this period, Royal Perks members can enjoy a classic BK cheeseburger for just $1 through the BK App. This move is aligned with McDonald's strategies to offer customers more savings opportunities through meal deals and all-day discounts.
The introduction of these new deals follows Burger King's successful "31 Days of Deals" promotion, which concluded in December 2024. This initiative saw Burger King offering free burgers and sodas and reintroducing fan-favorite menu items. Notably, the promotion included complimentary chicken sandwiches on December 27 and bacon cheeseburgers on December 30 with a minimum purchase of $1.
